Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Irish Print Co., we want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with a product you receive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

As many of our products are made-to-order or personalised, certain items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Printed items approved by the customer before production

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads or design files

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund where appropriate

Refunds

Once your return or issue has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary

  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [your email address]

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us at [your email address].

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
